摘要 〔目的〕建立一种能常规监测尿中痕量铊的方法。〔方法〕尿样经硫酸—硝酸法消化溴水氧化后 ,在 2 0 %盐酸中以聚氨酯泡沫吸附尿样中的 [TlCl4] -,沸水浴洗脱吸附的铊 ,以平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定洗脱液中的铊。〔结果〕方法能有效去除尿中无机盐干扰 ,特征浓度推算到原尿样可达到 0 .0 5 μg/L。 〔Objective〕 To develop a method for ro0untien determination of thallium in urine.〔Methods〕 The urine samples were digested by a mixture of sulfuric and nitric acid and thallium was oxidized to T1(Ⅲ) with bromine.T1(Ⅲ) was complexed to [T1Cl 4] - in 20% (v/v) hydrochloric acid and absorbed by polyurethane foam.Thallium was determined by platform-GFAAS after eluted in the bath of boiling water.〔Results〕The interference from inorganic salts could be eliminated.According to characteristic concentration,urine thallium content as low as 0.05 mg/L could be quantitatively determined.〔Conclusions〕The method has been successfully applied to routine determination of trace thallium in urine.
