高校教师心理亚健康及影响因素的回归分析 被引量:47

摘要 目的 :了解高校教师心理亚健康现状并探讨其主要影响因素。方法 :分层随机抽取广东省 19所高等院校 86 6 2名教师进行问卷调查。结果 :高校教师心理亚健康发生率为 4 3.90 % (95 % CI为 4 2 .86 %~ 4 4 .94 % ) ,以对周围事物缺乏兴趣、多梦 ,休息不好、记忆力减退、焦虑及注意力难以集中等为主 ;女教师心理亚健康发生率为 4 7.87% ,明显高于男教师(39.79% ) (χ2 =5 5 .781,P=0 .0 0 0 ) ;随教师年龄增加 ,心理亚健康发生率呈逐渐下降趋势 (χ2trand=12 0 .86 ,P<0 .0 1) ;促使心理亚健康形成的影响因素主要有感觉生活没有意思、工作不开心、工作进展不顺利、对家庭不满意、缺乏运动等 10项。结论 :目前高校教师心理亚健康现状不容乐观 ,建立完善的教师社会支持网络 ,开展针对教师 ,特别是中青年教师和女教师的心理保健和心理咨询工作具有重要意义。 Objective:To understand the current status and effect factors of mental subhealth on the teachers of colleges and universities.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 8662 teachers drawn randomly from 19 colleges and universities in Guangdong province by stratified and cluster sampling.Results:The incidence of mental subhealth was 43.90%(95% CI is 42.86%~44.94%) among the teachers.Their main symptoms were lack of interesting in around things,bad sleep,failure of memory,anxious,dizzy,headache and ditficulty on concentration.Incidence of mental subhealth in female was significantly higher than male(χ 2=55.781,P=0.000) and gradually decline with growth of age(χ 2=120.86,P<0.01).The main effect factors of mental subhealth status were life without fun,working without pleasure,failure of working progress,being not satisfied with family,being short of training and so on.Conclusion:The health condition of the teachers of college and universities wasn't optimistic.A perfect social support net of teachers should be established.It is important to carry out mental care and mental consult for teachers,especially those middle age and young female teachers.
