脑梗死并发脑-心综合征患者血浆ET、NO含量的动态变化及其意义 被引量:21

摘要 目的 探讨急性脑梗死并发脑—心综合征患者血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的动态变化及其意义。方法 观测脑梗死并发脑—心综合征、单纯急性脑梗死患者的血浆ET、NO含量动态变化。结果 ET在脑—心综合征及急性脑梗死患者中持续增高至所观察的21 d,脑—心综合征患者早期增高尤为明显。脑—心综合征患者NO在早期增高,发病7d后逐渐下降至正常以下,ET、NO平衡失调。结论 ET异常增高及NO含量异常改变,ET、NO平衡失调在脑梗死并发脑—心综合征的发病机制中起重要作用。 Objective To study the changes ofendothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) content in plasma of patients with cerebro-cardiac syndrome (CCS) following acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods ET and NO levels in plasma of patients with only ACI (ACI group) and with ACI combined with CCS (CCS group) were observed at different time. Results The plasma ET concentration was increased persistently until 21 d in the patients with CCS and ACI, but the increase in CCS group was remarkable especially in the early period. NO concentration was increased in the CCS group within 7 d after the onset of acute infarction and then gradually decreased under the normal. Conclusion Increased plasma ET and abnormal NO and the disturbance of the balance of ET and NO played an important role in the mechanism of CCS following ACI.
