摘要
目的:建立维生素B1片TLC鉴别方法。方法:以醋酸乙酯-甲醇-浓氨溶液(10:2:3)为展开剂,展开。结果:所得薄层色谱分离效果好。结论:该方法简便易行,可用于维生素B1片的鉴别。
Objective:To develop a TLC identification method for Vitamin B1 tablets. Method:The samples were spotted on the thin-layer and developed with the mobile phase consisting of AcOEt-MeOH-NH3(10 : 2 : 3). Results:It shows a good separation. Conclusion: It shows that this recommended method is simple and convenient and can be applied for identification of vita-min B1 tablets.
