摘要
目的 对高校食品卫生进行现状调查 ,以有针对性地提高高校食品卫生安全水平。方法 按照食品卫生监督量化分级管理要求 ,对 11所高校内学生食堂及院内食品经营单位卫生状况进行现场监督检查。结果 2 4 .2 %高校学生食堂量化评分在 90分以上 ,6 9.7%量化评分在 80— 90分之间 ,6 .1%评分不足 80分。结论 高校需进一步加强对校内食品卫生的领导与管理 ,卫生监督机构对食品卫生等级低的高校食品经营单位应加大监督力度。
Objective Carry on the cureent situation investination to university's food hygiene, Improve the safe level of university's food hygiene pointedly. Methods According to the food hygiene supervises quantity differentiated control, Supervise and inspect live the hygiene state of operating unit of food in the students' and courtyard in 11 universities. Results 24.2% of the university students' dining halls quantity and grade above 90 fen, 69.7% between 80~90,6.1% fewer than 80 fen. Conclusion The university needs to strengthen further to the leadership and control of the food hygiene in the school, The hygiene supervision should devote more efforts to the university which food hygiene supervisory unit is low in grade.
