摘要
针对马钢 5 0t复吹转炉溅渣护炉工艺进行水力学模型试验。通过测定溅到炉衬上的渣量多少和均匀性 ,分别对顶枪喷头夹角、顶枪枪位和底吹气体流量等工艺参数的影响进行比较 ,得到最佳工艺参数为 :顶枪喷头夹角 12°、顶枪枪位 1190~ 1330mm、底吹流量 70m3 /h左右。
Hydraulic model experinents on lining protection technology by slag splashing in a 50t BOF-LBE have been carried out in Ma'anshan lron & Steel Co., Ltd. By comparing and analysing effects of amount and uniformity of the slag splashed onto the lining on angle and height of the top lance and flow rate of the top lance and flow rate of the bottom blow gas, the optimal operating technology parameters are obtained as below: the top lance angle 12°, top lance height 840 to 980 mm and flow rate of bottom blow gas about 70 m3/h.
