摘要
在Wistar大鼠肝左叶被膜下接种Walker-256系肝癌组织6天后,将5-氟尿嘧啶硅橡胶囊控释植入剂(5-FuCI)植入肿瘤所在的肝左叶,观察其抑瘤率及带瘤大鼠生存时间,并与对照组及5-FuCI放置于肝右叶组相比较。结果表明:3组动物30天生存率分别为100%、33.3%及50%。实验组动物抑瘤率为96.3%,且动物生存时间较其它两组明显延长(P<0.05),光镜下可见大量癌细胞坏死。
Controlled-release implant 5-Fluorouracil (5-FuCI) made of silastic elastomer is 2mm in outer diameter and 25 mm in length. The daily delivery dose of 5-Fu is approximately 30 μg in vitro. This study investigated its antineoplastic effect. 6 dogs after carcinosarcoma implantation, 5-FuCI were implanted in left lobe of liver (group C),right lobe (group D) and control group. The results revealed: 30 days survival rates of three groups were 100%, 50% and 33.3% respectively. Group C had significantly longer survival time than that of group D and control group. A number of focal necrosises in cancer tissue were found under light microscope in group C.
