摘要
了解伤害对各年龄段人群的威胁程度及时间变化趋势。 [方法 ] 对上海市长宁区 1991～ 1998年的居民死亡报告资料统计分析标化死亡率、PYLLSPYLLPYLL标化率。 [结果 ] 长宁区居民损伤中毒死亡率仅次于循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病 ,位于第 4位 ,占全区总死亡人数的 5 .5 %～ 6 .9%。 8年中损伤中毒死亡率呈稳中有降的趋势。 [结论 ] 损伤中毒对各年龄段人群的威胁和潜在寿命损失不容忽视。
Objective] To understand the extend of threat injury posed upon population of different age group and its time trend. [Method] The death data of all population in Changning district from 1991～1998 were analyzed. [Results] Injury was the fourth usual cause of all deaths. It was only lower than diseases of circulatory system, tumor and respiratory system diseases and accounted for 5.5～6.9 percent of the total deaths. The time trend of the mortality caused by injury was slowly going down during the past 8 years. [Conclusion] The threat of injury to people of different age group and its potential years of life lost should not be overlooked.
