摘要
目的 探讨伊贝沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法 36例CHF患者给予伊贝沙坦 15 0mg/d ,治疗 8周 ,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、超声心动图指标、心功能、6min步行距离及不良反应。结果 治疗后临床症状、超声心动图指标、心功能、6min步行距离明显改善 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 ) ,总有效率达 88 89%。结论 伊贝沙坦治疗CHF疗效显著 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan in treating patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 36 patients were given irbesartan 150mg orally once a day for 8 weeks.The changes of clinical symptom,echocardiogram index,cardiac function (NYHA).6min Walk trail and adverse reactions of the patients were observed.Results After therap,clinical symptom,echocardiogram index,cardiac function.6min walk trail were markedly improved(P<0.01和P<0.05),irbesartan had few adverse effects and patients tolerance was perfect.The rate of efficiency was 88.89%.Conclusion The effect of irbesartan in treating patients with congestive heart failure is satisfactory and it is safe in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
