摘要
本文对鹿茸对氨甲喋呤引发的免疫功能低下的影响进行实验研究,结果表明:鹿茸提取物可增强迟延性免疫反应,与对照组(盐水)比较有显著差异;(P<0.01),鹿茸提取物可增加脾细胞中的 RFC 数量,与对照组(盐水)比较差异显著;(P<0.02)对红细胞凝集素和红细胞溶血素的影响高于生理盐水对照组,(P<0.05,P<0.01)。由此说明,鹿茸可增强细胞和体液免疫功能,抑制由 MTX引发的免疫功能低下。
The article reported the experimental study on the influence of“pilose antler”on theimmunologie inadequacy caused by MTX,the results shown that“pilose antler”could increasethe delayed immunoreaction,the difference between the positive group and the controlledwas very obvious,(P<0.01)it could increase the quantity of RFC in splenocyte,the dif-ference between the positive group and the controlled group (saline) was obvious,(P<0.02)the influence of“pilose antler”on the hemagglutinin and erythrolysin were higher than thehemagglutinin and erythrolysin were higher than the controlled group's,(P<0.05;P<0.01)These shown that“piloe antler”could strengthen the cellular immunity and humoral immunity,inhibit the immunologic inadequacy caused by MTX.
