摘要
设计开发了“长安之星”微型客车白车身的弯曲和扭转刚度试验系统,对白车身的弯曲和扭转刚度进行了试验研究,并进行了相应的有限元分析。计算和试验结果的对比表明,二者吻合得较好。研究结果为同类车型改型和优化设计提供了依据和手段。
The stiffness of car body structure is one of the most important mechanical properties. The experimental equipments are developed for studying the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of Chang'an minibus. The stiffnesses of white body are determined experimentally. Also, the stiffnesses are investigated by using finite element analysis. It is found that the results of finite element analyses are in good agreement with the that of experiments. The conclusions of this study can provide significant basis and method for analyzing and optimizing of car body structure of the same kind.
