摘要
系统通过分析数控机床常见故障 ,总结出故障发生的原理 ,并运用直观形象的方式演示出来。分析常见故障的处理流程 ,采用交互式流程图的方式 ,根据实际判断条件决定处理的流程 ,完成常见故障的诊断。详细统计数控机床出现的故障 。
The frequently happened failures of NC machine tool were analyzed by the system; the principle of failure was summarized and demonstrated by a visual style. The deal with flow of failure as frequently was analyzed, and the mode of interactive flow chart to be adopted, according to reality discrimination condition to decide the processing flow of failure, to complete the diagnoses of failure. The failure statistic data of NC machine tool was collected, the history instanle of machine tool maintenance was provided for the future.
