摘要
本文分析了我国图书馆法立法现状 ,指出图书馆立法的必要性和可行性 ,探讨了图书馆法的立法原则和基本框架 。
This article analyzes the current situation of the legislation of library law in our country.It points out the necessity and feasibility of library law.It also discusses the principles and the framework for the legislation of library law,and puts forward some suggestions on its enforcement.
