内电解法处理印染废水中炉渣吸附床设计参数的确定

摘要 对废水通过固定吸附床的过程进行了物料衡算,确定了穿透曲线方程.通过对传质过程的分析,结合实验得出炉渣吸附床吸附厚度、吸附区下移速度及穿透时间等设计、运行参数.该参数符合运行过程,其理论分析为吸附床的设计提供了一定的理论基础.  Material invariableness calculation is performed for the process of wastewater passing through fixed adsorption bed,and the equation of penetration locus is derived.By means of analyzing the mass-transferring process as well as the experimental results,the design and operation parameters such as the adsorption thickness of slag adsorption bed,descending velocity of adsorption range,and penetration period are obtained,which are consistent with the actual operation process so that the theoretical analysis presented is proved to be valid,providing certain theoretical basis for design of adsorption bed.
