摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中酸性铬蓝K与铬(Ⅵ)有褪色反应,采用了分光光度法测定微量铬(Ⅵ)。实验表明,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为525 nm,线性范围在0-20μg/25 mL间,符合比尔定律,检出限为1.72×10-8g/mL。此法可用于天然水和工业废水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
A gpectrophotometric method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ)has been used. The decoloring of acid chrome blue K oxidized by chromium(Ⅵ) in medium sulfuric acid has been studied.The maximum absorbance is at 525 nm, Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-20 μg /25 mL the detection limit is 1.72×10-8 g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in water and industry water with satisfactory results.
