摘要
针对国内汽车天窗研发现状,在分析汽车手动天窗结构、功能特点的基础上,利用UG的电子表格表达式编辑等的参数化设计功能,提出了一种汽车天窗参数化设计方法,实现了汽车手动天窗零部件建模和装配过程的参数化,创建了标准件库.实践证明,该方法提高了设计水平和设计效率,在一定程度上实现了汽车天窗的虚拟设计和虚拟开发,为整车的虚拟设计和虚拟开发创造了条件;在此基础上创建的标准件库具有良好的开放性和可拓展性.
Aiming at the developing status of the car's skylight in our country and based on the structure and function of the car's manual skylight, the parameteric design method is provided using parameteric design function of UG, in which the editing function of expression is used. Thus not only the 3D parameterizing of components modeling and assembly process can be accomplished but the component standard figure library can be built. Tested by application, the design level is advanced and the developing efficiency is improved, to some extent the skylight virtual design and development are realized, which is in condition to achieve the virtual design and development of entire car, in addition, the openness and expandbility of the standard figure library are good.
