摘要
研究了不同光质对番茄幼苗的生长以及对过氧化物酶 (POD)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (APX)等活性的影响。结果表明 :红光和蓝光处理均可增加幼苗的叶面积和干物质积累 ,促进番茄幼苗的生长 ,显著提高POD、SOD及APX活性 ,有利于培育壮苗。除绿光使CAT活性明显降低外 ,红光、蓝光和黄光对CAT活性无明显影响。
Effects of different light qualities (blue light, green light, yellow light, red light and white light) on the growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of tomato seedlings were studied. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation, leaf area expansion and the activities of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase were all promoted under red light illumination, as well as blue light illumination.But the activity of catalase was not influenced significantly.
