摘要
在简述了废气治理技术的重要性及对现有除尘技术作了比较评述的基础上 ,文中选取水洗除尘技术作为基础 ,针对传统的下喷淋洗涤净化技术的基本不足 ,提出了一种新型的向上喷淋洗涤净化的理论及其液滴二次细化技术 ,使洗涤液滴在净化段的运行停留时间得以成倍提高 ,洗涤循环液的消耗量大幅度的降低 ,显著地提高了净化除尘效率和可靠性 ,又降低了循环泵的运行电耗 ,综合技术经济效益高。此技术已经被企业采用 ,与原有的除尘器相比 ,体积减少了 87 2 % ,重量减轻了 75 % ,设备费用减少了 5 0
The paper briefly introduces the technology importance to treat waste gas. Based on the review of the available dust-removal techniques, the nonconventional clean theory of spraying upward and the technique to second fine water drops are developed to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional clean technique of spraying downward. The washing liquid drops can stay for much more time in cleaning section. The efficiencyand reliability of air clean and dust removal is increased markedly. The detergent and power assumption is reduced greatly. The comprehensive result is considerably high. The industrial application shows that the equipment volume, weight and cost are reduced by 87.2%,75% and 50% respectively compared with the advanced dust removal.
