摘要
本文在对一体化管理体系(IMS)的概念进行界定的基础上,分别从系统原理和对组织起到的作用这两个方面来阐释企业建立IMS的必要性,随后通过比较分析三大国际管理体系标准的同与不同,探讨了建立IMS的可行性。
Based on clarifying the concept of Integrated
Management Systems (IMS). this paper expounds the ne-
cessity of establishing IMS from the two aspects of system
theory and the roles that IMS play in an organization. Fur-
thermore. The feasibility of implementing IMS is discussed
by comparing the similarities and differences among The three
popular international management system standards.
