摘要
采用pH电位滴定法研究了甘氨酸、谷氨酸和天冬氨酸与铬(Ⅲ)的络合反应热力学性质。结果表明:这三种氨基酸与铬(Ⅲ)的络合反应均为吸热反应,反应热焓大小顺序为谷氨酸>天冬氨酸>甘氨酸。并结合自由能变化、熵变和络合物稳定性差异对络合反应机理进行了探讨。
Some thermodynamic properties of complex reactions of Cr( III )with glycine,glu-tamic acid and asparic acid have been studied by pH-titration method. The results showed that all these complex reactions were endothermic. The enthalpy change increased in the order Glu> Asp>Gly. In addition-the complex mechanism has been discussed by free -energy change., entropy change and the difference among stabilities of complexes.
