摘要
使用一个较为简单有效的程序用于IBM—PC/XT 286微机就可解决系级期刊管理中的大多数问题。此程序在微机上试运行证明切实可行。
Using a rather simple and effective dBASE program in IBM -PC/XT 286 computer, we could solve almost all the problem in the periodical management. The program is successful in the try -running.
