摘要
本文结合多年软件开发和图像分析仪的应用实践,介绍了利用图像分析仪进行细胞DNA含量的定量分析的具体步骤, 对照明光源不稳、照射视场不匀、系统吸光度线性不好带来的误差,提出切实可行的减少误差的办法。通过对鸡红细胞核、肝细胞核DNA含量的定量结果,得到了其二、四、八倍体的倍体关系直方图。
Refering to many years of research of software and appliance and practice of image analysis apparatus, this article introduces the procedure of quantitative analysis of cell DNA content by image analysis apparatus in detail. It brings forward feasible means to minimize measurement errors caused by several factors, such as unstable illuminant, inequable irradiation of sight field and errors brought by bad lineation of system lightabsorbing degree. By quantitative analysis of CRBC and DNA content of liver cell, we at last resulted in bar chart referring to the relationship among diploid, teraploid and octaploid .
