摘要
在近代英国民众休闲生活变迁过程中,法治起到了不可替代的作用,主要表现在如下几个方面:打击、改造血腥体育娱乐运动,使民众休闲方式更加文明。限制街头演艺活动,整治城乡街头集市,有效整顿了社会秩序。通过法治行动培育良好的民众休闲生活环境,另外还通过立法使民众的休闲时间习惯发生了变化,有利于社会发展。
Laws play a significant role in the change of the life of the pastime of the modern English publics. It is expressed in the following aspects: taking strong measures against, and reform the bloody sport s games; to make the style of pastime more civilized; restricting the street performance, dredging town -street markets; effectively improving the social orders. Through the activities about laws, a better living environment has been established; the habit and the periods of pastime are also changed. All of these have improved the society.
