摘要
在实验室采用沉淀技术对炼油厂液化气脱硫碱渣进行了再生研究。从ZnO、Fe2 O3 、CuO中筛选出CuO为沉淀剂 ,考察了影响其再生效果的条件因素。结果表明 :在沉淀反应温度 2 0℃ ,反应时间 30min ,沉淀剂CuO与Na2 S的摩尔比为 1.4∶1的条件下 ,S2 -的去除率可达 98.1% ,沉淀剂CuO再生后可以循环使用 ,再生碱液的物性与新鲜碱液基本相同。
The regeneration of refinery alkali waste from LPG desulfurization was conducted in the laboratory by using precipitation method. CuO was selected as precipitant among ZnO, Fe 2 O 3 and CuO, and the conditions which influencing the regeneration were investigated. The removal rate of S 2- reached 98.1% at reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 30min, and CuO/Na 2 S mol ratio 1.4/1. The regenerated precipitant could be circulated, and the properties of the regenerated alkali liquor were almost as same as the fresh.
