摘要
ADV高性能浮阀塔板技术是在F1浮阀塔板的基础上,对浮阀及塔板结构进行了多方面的创新和优化。几年来在300多个大型工业塔上的应用情况表明,与F1塔板相比,ADV塔板技术可使生产能力提高30%-50%,分离效率提高10%-20%,操作弹性增大40%以上,压降约低10%。
Based on F1 valve tray, ADV technology on high performance trays is invented and designed with many innovation and optimization for constructions of valve and tray plates. Compared with traditional Fl trays, ADV technology can increase 30% - 50% on tower capacity, 10% - 20% on distillation efficiency and over 40% on operation flexibility and decrease about 10% on pressure drop over 300 cases used in large industrial towers for recent years. It has been approved by so many actual applications that ADV technology on valve trays is the newest and most excellent one with high efficiency, high performance and high technology among the tower trays known at present.
