摘要
双复射孔器主要由复式射孔枪和复式射孔弹组成,其独特的内外枪体及轴向装药结构解决了常规射孔器枪内炸高严重不足和复合射孔器火药能量利用率低的问题。现已形成双复射孔器系列,应用时可根据地层物性和井眼条件选择相应的射孔器。在相同地层条件下,双复射孔器的应用效果明显优于普通射孔器,并具有压裂效果。该技术为消除钻井泥浆污染造成的油层表皮伤害和沟通油层天然裂缝提供了新的技术手段,特别适用于中、低渗透性油层的开采。该技术已在胜利油区全面推广应用。
<abstract>al reperforator is made up of dual perforating gun and dual perforation charges. Its special inner and external gun body and axis loading powder structure solved the problem of inadequate explosive height in conventional perforator and low efficiency of the powder energy in dual perforator. Now a series of dual reperforator are developed. The proper perforator is selected according to the physical property of formations and borehole conditions. Under the same formation conditions, the application effect of dual reperforator is much better than that of the conventional perforator and has fracture effect. It is a new tool of eliminating skin damage made by drilling mud and linking up the natural fractures of the oil reservoir. It is especially suitable to develop the low and medium permeability reservoirs. This technology has been applied widely to Shengli petroliferous province.
