摘要
本文研究了离子束混合、离子注入和离子溅射对析氢电极的修饰作用.发现四种电极在酸、碱介质中都具有优异的催化活性.在高电流密度下的长期电解试验中电位稳定,其稳定性和使用寿命远远超过以电沉积或其他方法活化的电极.考察了温度、粗糙度对电极性能的影响.用AES和XPS分析了电极表面组成、价态和浓度分布,并对试验规律进行了解释.
The article concentrated on the modifying effects of ion beam mixing, ion implanting and ion sputtering of hydrogen evolution electrodes. It was discovered that the four types of electrodes possessed excellent catalytic activity in both acid and alkaline medium and potential stability in long term electrolysis of water under high current density. Their stability and apolying life-span greatly surpassed those of other electrodes activated by the way of electrodepositing and others. The effects of temperature, and roughness on function of electrodes were also examined. AES and XPS were applied to analyse the surface composition, bond and distribution of concentration varying with depth, and to explain the law of the experiment.
