摘要
为开发啤酒、制药等行业所需的端面测温传感器 ,利用自制的能测量多点温度的传感器 ,采用集成温度传感器AD5 90作为测温元件 ,依据其温度特性并通过其接口电路和集成温度传感器矩阵网络以及单片机微功耗技术 ,系统研究发酵罐内的温度分布 ,设计了一种新型的温度测量系统。该系统只需将传感器信号引入 。
Aimed at a systemic research on temperature distribution in tank of fermentable liquid and developing a wall temperature measurement transmitter which was demanded by industry such as beer and pharmacy, a new practical multi-point temperature collection system is designed based on self-made multipoint temperature measurement transmitter. The core part of the instrument uses IC temperature sensor (AD590) as temperature measurement component, adopts such disposals as interface circuit and matrix net of integrated temperature transmitter, according to its temperature characteristic, as well as the technology of microcontroller-based low power, and fulfills multipoint temperature measurement in the different position of the tank of fermentable liquid merely with the transmitter's signal introduced.
