摘要 本文研究了Ca2+沉淀法提取茶多酚(TeaPolyphenols,TP)的工艺,确定Ca2+沉淀茶多酚的最佳PH为7.5,钙盐加入量与茶叶质量之比约为1:2,茶多酚-钙盐的最佳转溶条件为用2mol/L的硫酸溶液,以料酸比1:2(V/V)于20下转溶15min。结果表明,该提取工艺简单,无毒性,产品得率较高(20%),纯度好。 Using a sedimentation agent, the technological condition of extracting Tea-polyphenols was studied. the result showed that optimal PH was 7.5,the ratio between CaCl2 and tea is about 1:2.Using acid solution 2mol/L to dissolve TP-Ca2+(ratio between experimental solution and acid solution was 1:2 ),the mixture of acid solution and was in the air (20℃) in 15 minutes. The result showed that it was simple and safe, and it was the optimal dissolved condition.
