摘要
为了改善材料表面的磨损性能 ,可将PTFE与铁共沉积。探讨了稀土添加量、电流密度以及PTFE悬浮量对镀层中的PTFE含量影响。结果表明 :铁与PTFE共沉积可以显著降低镀层的摩擦系数 ,减少磨损 ,改善镀层表面润滑性能。
In order to improve the surface wearability of materials, Fe and PTFE are codeposited. The effects of rare earth concentration, current density, and floated PTFE volume on PTFE content in coating are discussed. The results show that codeposition of Fe and PTFE can obviously decrease friction coefficient of coating, reduce wear and improve lubricating property of the coating.
