摘要
目的 :揭示补阳还五汤及拆方抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机理。方法 :通过四血管结扎法制作SD大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察总方组与拆方黄芪组、活血组药物对模型血浆血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1a (6 -Keto-PGF1a)含量的影响。结果 :模型组大鼠血浆TXB2 含量明显增高 ,6 -Keto -PGF1a含量明显降低 ;总方组与拆方黄芪组、活血组均能降低TXB2 含量 ,升高 6 -Keto-PGF1a含量 ,总方组作用最强。结论 :补阳还五汤及拆方具有通过影响花生四烯酸的代谢产物血栓素B2、6 -Keto -PGF1a含量 ,从而达到抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。
Objective: To Explore mechanism of Buyanghuanwutang and its separate groups resisting cerebral ischemia in ischemic-reperfusion lesion. Methods: The ischemic-reperfusion model of four cerebral artery occlusion of SD rat was prepared, and the influence of the Buyanghuanwutang, its separate groups astragalus and promoting circulation group on the content of TXB 2 、6-Keto-PGF 1a in serum of the model were observed.Results: Model rats had high content of TXB 2,low level of 6-Keto-PGF 1a in serum. In the groups of Buyanghuanwutang, astragalus, and promoting circulation group the content of 6-Keto-PGF 1a increased, TXB 2 decreased, general prescription had the most notable effect.Conclusion: Through influencing the contents of metabolic materials of tetra-olefine acid- TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1a, Buyanghuanwutang and its separate groups can have the effects of resisting cerebral ischemic-reperfusion lesion.The effect of general prescription is better than that of its separate groups.
