摘要
介绍济南分公司实施全厂低温热利用节能改造情况 ,通过调整两套催化裂化装置的换热流程 ,利用取出的低温热作为气分装置脱乙烷塔底、脱丙烯塔底重沸器热源 ,替代 1.0MPa蒸汽 ,节能效果十分显著。并对脱轻碳四塔底重沸器热源用低温热进行了试验 ,效果良好。
Energy conservation revamping to utilize low temperature heat in Jinan Company is expounded. Heat exchange flows of two FCC units have been regulated and low temperature heat removed from the units was used as heat source for bottom reboilers of deethanizer and depropanizer in light ends plant to replace 1.0 MPa steam. Evident effect has been obtained. In addition, low temperature heat used as the heat source for bottom reboilers of C 4 fractionator has been tested and the effect is excellent.
