摘要
采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,观察槲皮素对缺血再灌注心肌损伤的保护作用。实验大鼠分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组、槲皮素组和维拉帕米组。观察槲皮素对各组大鼠血清肌酸磷酸激酶 (CPK)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)以及ATP酶的影响 ,并通过光镜及电镜观察病理学改变。结果表明 :槲皮素可显著降低CPK活性 ,升高GSH Px和ATP酶活性。提示 :槲皮素对缺血再灌注心肌具有保护作用 ,病理结果进一步证实了这一点。推测其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应及增强心肌的能量代谢。
Protective effects of quercetin on myocardium ischemia repurfusion injury were studied in rats. Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups: pseudo operation; ischemia reperfusion operation; ischemia reperfusion with quercetin 0.2 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg; ischemia reperfusion with verapamil 1 mg/kg. The results showed that quercetin possesses protective effects on myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of lipid peroxidation of quercetin.
