摘要
基于在柠檬酸介质中 ,微量碘离子对碘酸钾氧化甲基紫反应的催化作用 ,建立了测定微量碘的新方法。通过试验 ,测得甲基紫最大吸收波长为 5 75nm ,碘测定的线性范围为 0~ 2 0 μg/mL ,检测限为 7 8× 1 0 - 8g/mL。本方法的相对标准偏差为 1 6%~ 2 3 % ,回收率为 96 7%~98 7%。用于食品中碘的测定 ,结果令人满意。
In a citric acid medium , the oxidation of methyl violet by potassium iodate is catalyzed by micro-amount of iodine leading to a decrease of absorbance at 575?nm,which is the maximum absorption wavelength of methyl violet under the experimental condition Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~50?μg/25?mL of iodine The detection limit is 7 8×10 -8g/mL The relative standard deviation is in the range of 1 6%~2 3% The recovery is 96 7%~98 7% The application of this method to analysis of food samples gives encouraging results
