摘要
目的 :建立一种典型稳定的糖耐量异常 (IGT)动物模型。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠生后 2 4h内一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ) 80mg/kg ,10周后检测经腹腔葡萄糖耐量试验及血清胰岛素水平 ,16周后复查。结果 :实验组与正常对照组比较空腹血糖 ,胰岛素水平无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;糖负荷后血糖明显升高 ,IGT ,血清胰岛素水平低于正常对照组。结论
Objective: To construct a typical and stable animal model of impaired glucose tolerace(IGT). Method: The Wistar rats were given streptozotocin(STZ)with a dose of 80mg/kg ip.in 24 hours after delivered.When rats were 10 and 16 weeks old, the intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test and serum insulin detection were performed. Results: In STZ treated rats,the fasting glucose level and insulin level were normal, but after glucose loading, the glucose was higher and the insulin secretion was lower. Conclusion: The neonatal Wistar rats injectied STZ may make a stable IGT animal model.
