摘要
目的 研究慢性乙型肝炎和乙肝性肝硬化对病人生命质量影响。方法 应用生命质量普适性量表SF 3 6,对慢性乙型肝炎及乙肝性肝硬化病人和健康对照进行测试比较。结果 与健康对照比较 ,轻度慢性乙肝在SF 3 6的 4个领域分数显著降低 ;中度慢性乙肝和ChildA级乙肝性肝硬化 7个领域分数显著降低。与轻度慢性乙肝比较 ,中度慢性乙肝在 6个领域分数显著降低 ;ChildA级乙肝性肝硬化在 5个领域分数显著降低。ChildB级乙肝性肝硬化与其它组比较 ,所有领域分数均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 慢性乙型肝炎和乙肝性肝硬化病人生命质量在精神和躯体健康方面都有显著降低。SF 3
Objective To study the influence of chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis on patients′ quality of life.Method The generic instrument SF-36 was used to measure quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis.The results were compared with that of a healthy population.Results Compared with healthy controls,patients with mild chronic hepatitis B had significantly lower scores on 4 domains of SF-36.The patients with moderate chronic hepatitis B and Child A liver cirrhosis patients had significantly lower scores on 7 domains.Compared with the mild patients,the moderate ones had significantly lower scores on 6 domains,the patients with Child A liver cirrhosis had significantly lower scores on 5 domains.Compared with other groups,patients with Child B liver cirrhosis had significantly lower scores on all domains(P<0.05).Conclusions Quality of life in patients with mild chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis decreases in both mental and physical aspects.SF-36 can well evaluate quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis.
