摘要
针对原动机及其调速系统的实际特点,采用通用数学模型,以微机为核心,利用可控整流技术和直流电机实现了原动机及其调速系统的动态模拟。该模拟系统的直流电机电源采用以集成触发模块为核心的移相触发技术实现控制,简化了系统。设计的红外测速系统容易安装,简单可靠。动模试验结果令人满意。
According to the characteristics of the prime mover and its governor, this paper sets up the dynamic simulation system of the prime mover and its governor based on the microcomputer, converter technology and DC electric machine. As the application of the microcomputer, the dynamic simulation system is flexible and can be used to simulate different types of prime movers conveniently. One special integrated circuit module is adopted to perform phase shifting and triggering of the converter. At the same time, a simple speed detector based on infrared ray is proposed which is reliable and can be installed easily. The test results of its dynamic simulation are satisfactory.
