摘要 为承办一届历史上最出色的奥运会,提供多层次、多渠道、多功能、全方位的服务,与世界分享北京2008年奥运会的服务魅力,提供科学的理论依据,解决奥运服务质量管理体系的规划、组织、管理问题。通过描述霍尔三维结构模型的原理与奥运服务质量管理体系的特点,从霍尔模型三维的角度分析了奥运服务质量管理体系。并应用霍尔三维结构模型构建奥运服务质量管理体系。最后重点阐述了奥运服务质量管理体系的运作要素及相互关系。使奥运服务质量管理体系的三维结构清晰,便于从整体上把握它们的相互关系。 In order to host the most excellent Olympic Games in history, provide the service at levels,of multiple channel,function and orientation, scientific theory is provided to solve the problem of the programming, organizing and management of the service quality management system of the Olympic Games. The service quality management system of the Olympic Games are analyzed from the point of view of Hall three dimensions structure by describing the principle of Hall three dimensions structure model and the characteristic of the service quality management system of the Olympic Games.Hall three dimensions structure model is applied to construct the service quality management system of the Olympic Games.The operation elements and the interal relations of the service quality management system of the Olympic Games are elucidated so as to understand it as a whole.
