二阶导数光谱法对器械消毒液含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 为测定器械消毒液中苯扎溴铵的含量 ,用二阶导数光谱法进行试验观察。以 2 6 6 .3和 2 6 8.8nm处峰、谷之间的振幅值作为苯扎溴铵的定量信息。结果 ,在溶液中苯扎溴铵≤ 30 0 μg/ml时 ,其含量与对应的吸收度呈线性关系 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差≤ 1.0 0 %。结论 ,该方法简便、快速 ,适用于医院制剂的定量分析。 In order to measure bromogeramine content of the instrument disinfectant solution, second derivative spectroscopy was used for experimental observation. The amplitude values between peak and trough at 266.3 and 268.8 nm were used as the quantitative information of bromogeramine. The results showed that when bromogeramine content of the solution was ≤300μg/ml, the content had linear correlation with the corresponding absorbance and the relative standard deviation of the results measured was ≤1.00%. Conclusion: This method is simple and quick and is suitable for quantitative analysis of hospital preparations.
