摘要
目的 了解青岛市内５ 区１９９３～１９９６ 年１５ ～２４ 岁人群死亡人口中意外死亡的原因。方法 由专人持调查表从市内５ 区所辖各派出所的死亡登记表中摘录１９９３ ～１９９６ 年１５～２４ 岁人群的死亡资料，并对死亡原因入户核实。从当地统计局收集相应的人口资料。资料分析用ＳＰＳＳ软件包在ＡＳＴ－ ３８６ 型微机上完成。结果 该年龄组意外死亡的４ 年平均死亡率为２０ ．１３／１０ 万，占死因顺位首位。意外死亡中自杀为首因；男性以车祸为主，女性以自杀为主。结论 意外死亡是青年健康问题中急待解决的主要问题。
Objective To investigate the accidental death among people from 15 to 24 years of age during 1993 to 1996 in 5 districts of Qingdao city.Methods Death records were collected by the investigators from the forms in the local police stations in the five districts,and the causes of death were inquired from the families of the dead.The population data were collected from the local statistical bureau.The statistical data were analyzed with SPSS on AST-386 computer.Results The mean accidental death rate was 20.13/100,000 in this age group during the 4 years,and ranked the first in all causes.In the accidental deaths,suicide was the first cause.However,among females the first cause of death was suicide,in males the first was traffic accidents.Conclusion Accidental death is a serious social problem which should be solved quickly for the sake of health of youth.
