介绍了超声波马达的发展现状以及超声马达的工作原理及分类,并对超声马达的发展前景进行了展望.
This paper presents the principle and the latest developing status of the Ultrasonic Motor (USM) as well as its classifications and applications in all respects. It also makes some comments on its development in the future.
