永春老醋与桃溪牌软胶囊对大鼠调节血脂作用的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究永春老醋和桃溪牌软胶囊对高血脂动物模型的降血脂作用。以成年大鼠为实验对象,喂食高脂饲料制备高血脂大鼠模型,分别给予永春老醋和桃溪牌软胶囊处理,分别在药物处理前1d和后38d抽血,检测血液中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平。结果显示,38d后,永春老醋和桃溪牌软胶囊组大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)均(P<0.05)低于对照模,而高密度脂蛋白胆固(HDL-C)却极其显著(P<0.01)高于对照组,提示永春老醋和桃溪牌软胶囊具显著降血脂保健作用。 Study the involvement of Yong - Chun Viregar and vinegar - based Soft Capsule in the regulation of the level of different lipids in sertm. For this purpose, models with high serological lipid level were established in Wister rats. Serological level of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) were analyzed via standard protocol. Our results showed that Yong Chun Vinegar and Vinegar - based Soft Capsule could significantly reduce TC and TG levels in high - lipid rats, while both remarkedly upregulated the HDL - c level. Together, our data suggested that Yong - Chun Vinegar and its related Vinegar-based Soft Capsule play an important role in the reducing blood lipid.
