摘要
利用呼吸抑制剂和解偶联剂探讨了在渗透胁迫下大豆下胚轴细胞透性与呼吸速率之间的关系,结果表明,渗透胁迫和呼吸抑制剂KCN、解偶联剂DNP均可以引起大豆下胚轴细胞透性显著增大,尤以DNP的效应最大.各处理下,透出物中以K^+为主.渗透胁迫下,呼吸速率降低;细胞透性增大与渗透胁迫程度呈正相关,而与呼吸速率下降和ATP含量呈显著负相关.
Osmotic stress(PEG -6000 solution) and respiration inhibitors KCN,DNPcan induce high ratio of cell permeability in soybean hypocotyl ,and DNP has the greatest effect in all of treatments. In each treatment,K+ is the main component in exudated substance. Under osmotic stress the respiration rate is decreased and cell permeability is correlated positively with the degree of osmotic stress ,and negtively with the decrease of respiration rate and ATP contents. The causes of cell permeability are discussed in the paper.
