摘要
课堂教学质量直接影响到整个教学质量水平的提高。我院不断深化各项教学改革,全面实施课堂教学主讲制,构建了一整套适合我院实际并行之有效的数据量化的课堂教学质量监控体系。通过两年来课堂教学质量评估制度的实践,显示对提高教师总体授课水平和教师梯队的建设发挥了积极作用,同时也提出了进一步提高课堂教学质量的对策。
Classroom teaching quality plays a key role in the improvement of the whole teaching quality. Our college has been conducting a systematic teaching reform to set up an effective classroom teaching quality monitoring system. A two years' practice of the system shows that it has made positive contributions to the improvement of lecturing levels of the teaching staff. Meanwhile the system may also serve to offer countermeasures concerning further enhancing classroom teaching quality.
