摘要
目的 :建立十五味龙胆花丸中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法 :采用 HPL C测定十五味龙胆花丸中没食子酸的含量 ,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,醋酸 -水 (2∶ 98)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 72 nm。结果 :线性范围 0 .110 6～ 0 .774 2μg,平均回收率为 99.4 3% ,RSD=0 .92 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 。
Objective:An HPLC method is developed for the determination of gallic acid in Shiwuwei Longdanhua pill.Methods:The separation was performed on ZORBAX SB-C 18 column with a mobile phase of acetic Acid-Water (2∶98) and detected at wavelength of 272 nm.Results:The linearity of the method was good at the range of 0.110 6～0.774 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 99.43%, RSD was 0.92%.Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used in quality control of Shiwuwei Longdanhua pill.
