摘要
目的 :把碱提工艺制备的龙血竭与现行醇提工艺制备的龙血竭进行比较。方法 :把碱提龙血竭 (前者 )和醇提龙血竭 (后者 )在薄层色谱、紫外光谱、龙血素 B含量等方面进行比较。结果 :前者的外观颜色与后者有显著差异 ;前者的得率比后者的高 ,但龙血素 B含量比后者低 ;药材、前者和后者的薄层色谱和紫外光谱基本一致 ,但前者紫檀芪、龙血素 B、剑叶龙血素 A、B的含量比后者的低。结论 :碱提工艺制备的龙血竭与醇提工艺制备的龙血竭相比 ,在外观和内在质量上 ,均存在较大的差距 ,如要替代醇提工艺 。
Objective:To compare the Resina Draconises respectively produced by aqua alkali solution technology (AAST) and by the traditional ethanol technology (TET). Methods: The AAST Resina Draconis and the TET Resina Draconis were compared in concentration of Loureirin B, TLC and UV spectrum. Results: The TLC and UV spectrum of the AAST Resina Draconis comply with that of the TET Resina Draconis and of the Dracaena cochinchinesis. The AAST's yield rate is statistically higher than the TET's yield rate, while the concentration of Loureirin B is lower. Conclusion: Resina Draconis produced by AAST has poorer quality than the product produced by TET, in appearance and in concentration of Loureirin B.
