摘要
通过熔融共混制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯/马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(PBT/HDPE-g-MAH)和PBT/HDPE共混物,研究了共混体系的力学性能、相形态、熔融结晶行为和加工性能。结果表明,单纯加入HDPE对PBT的增韧效果并不理想,而加入HDPE-g-MAH可以提高PBT的冲击强度;HDPE-g-MAH可以改善共混体系的相形态,提高共混体系的相容性,有利于共混物性能的提高。
The PBT/HDPE-g-MAH and PBT/HDPE blends were prepared by using a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The mechanical properties, morphology, melting and crystalline behavior, and rheological properties were studied. The results showed that the impact strength was improved with the addition of HDPE-g-MAH, while HDPE had little toughening effect on PBT. HDPE-g-MAH improved the morphology and compatibility of the blends, which was of benefit to increase the properties.
