超细滑石粉改性MC尼龙的研究 被引量:11

摘要 考察了超细滑石粉对MC尼龙复合材料物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,滑石粉与MC尼龙复合,显著地改善了制品的收缩率、吸水率,热变形温度提高24℃。制品具有填料分布均匀、外观光泽优良等优点。同时,加入滑石粉还可以降低MC尼龙制品的成本。硅烷偶联剂可以增加滑石粉与MC尼龙基体的相容性,使复合材料的冲击强度较MC尼龙提高11%。 The effect of ultrafine talc powder on the mechanical properties of ultrafine talc powder reinforced MC nylon composite are respectively studied. The results show that compounding of MC nylon and talc power can improve product shrinkage, water absorption, and the heat distortion temperature is increased by 24℃. The filler distributes uniformly in the composite and products prepared from the composite exhibite excellent outlook brightness. At the same time, the addition of ultrafine talc powder can also reduce product cost. Silane coupling agent may improve the interaction between the filler and resin, and the impact strength of the composite is 11% higher than that of MC nylon.
