摘要
介绍了大动态连续检波式对数放大器(SDLA)的设计方法、工作原理和结构。设计了一种对数精度小于1dB、动态范围大于100dB的高精度大动态连续检波式对数放大器;给出了实际测试结果。该电路可广泛应用于通讯、雷达、电子对抗等电子设备中。
A successive detection logarithmic amplifier(SDLA)is described, with regard to its operational principle and structure. An actual SDLA with logarithmic precision less than 1 dB and dynamic range larger than 100 dB is designed, and test results are given. This logarithmic amplifier can be widely used in telecommunication and other electronic systems.
