摘要
目的:探讨胃康Ⅰ号方治疗功能性消化不良(脾虚气滞证)的临床疗效及对空腹血浆胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法:将60例FD患者随机分为中药组30例、西药组30例,中药组以胃康Ⅰ号方,西药组用西沙必利,对治疗前后的临床症状和空腹血浆MTL水平进行比较、分析及评价。结果:胃康Ⅰ号方能明显改善患者的临床症状(P<0.01),使惠者较低的空腹血浆MTL显著提高(P<0.01),临床试验中未见不良反应,治疗结果与西沙必利相当。结论:说明胃康Ⅰ号方治疗功能性消化不良疗效肯定,能增加血浆MTL的分泌。
Objective : To test the clinic effect of the decoction of Weikangyihao(WKYH) on Functional dyspepsia ( Splenic Asthenia and Qi Straguation)and the influence on the Molitin of the fasting plasma of FD patients. Methods :60 patients with FD were divided into two groups: the group of traditional Chinese medicine were treated with the decoction of WKYH while the group of west medicine were treated with Cisapride tablets. Each group included thirty members. To analysis the clinic symptom and the plasma level of molitin before and after the treatment. Results: WKYH could increase the FD patients'content of Molitin of the fasting plasma( P <0.01) and obviously improved the clinic symptoms of the patients( P <0.01). Besides, few side effects was found in the research,the result of treatment was equal to Cisapride. Conclusion: WKYH could stimulate the secretion of molitin and treat the FD patients effectively.
